Doha: From February 2 to 5, Mandarin Oriental, Doha is hosting Executive Sous Chef Efe Anıl Çetin and his team from Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul and Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum for a four-day promotion from a regional tour to prepare signature dishes of Turkish cuisine at Mosaic restaurant. 

The chefs will delight guests with their culmination of knowledge and experience of Turkish cuisine, famous for its varieties and diversity. 

The menu includes Mezzes and starters like Mahluta Lentil Soup and Aegean Artichoke Dolma, main courses include Seabass Pilaki, Saray Köfte, Yoğurtlu Kebap and Poached Pear besides familiar favourites and Turkish desserts like Walnut Kadayif. 

Executive Sous Chef Efe Anıl Çetin and his team lead some of the finest culinary brigades in Turkiye having worked in various renowned restuarants. 

Guests will enjoy this menu at Mosaic restaurant which serves dishes that are inspired by the origins and flavours of the ancient Silk Route prepared in nine live cooking stations. Mosaic will now take guests on a stop to Turkey for a truly unforgettable journey of diverse culinary flavours.

The menu is available from Thursday, February 2 to Sunday, February 5 for lunch from 12pm to 3pm and dinner from 6pm to 11pm. 

On Thursday,  February 2 the menu is served for lunch from 12pm to 3pm and on Friday, February 3 the menu is served for dinner from 6pm to 11pm.
