Doha: Lusail Boulevard will start to open for traffic on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, according to the city's announcement on social media.

Lusail City further stated that from 3pm on the given date cars can access the avenue and it will no longer be for pedestrians only.

Eid Al Fitr activities ended on Friday, April 28, after it was extended due to a high turnout of visitors who delved into various events which were held in the area.

Exciting events in the boulevard began on the second day of Eid, which fell on April 22, with food, fun, and entertainment taking centre stage in the venue.

Citizens and residents were able to experience colourful and magical parades, family-friendly activities, and roaming acts, as well as a stunning fireworks display and the longest drone show in the GCC.

Lusail Boulevard was also crawling with music, through live DJ shows and concerts, and food, with multiple stalls of various cuisines installed.
