Doha: Qatar's Public Works Authority 'Ashghal' will open Monday two lanes that are 2.5 kilometers long on Mesaieed Road 1, which connects Hamad Hamad Port and the Temporary Truck Route (TTR).
The two lanes will be heading to the TTR from Hamad Port, instead of the two lanes currently available. For the next 14 days starting Monday, the two lanes in the opposite direction will be diverted.
The diversion is located 500 meters West of the new roundabout which connects Mesaieed Road 1, Hamad Port and the entrance to Mesaieed Industrial City. The diversion will help continue work on the new orbital highway and truck route.
