Doha: Qatar Meteorology Department warned Friday of expected poor horizontal visibility over most areas inshore, and poor visibility at places off shore at night due to fog.
Weather inshore will be hazy and misty over most areas at night. While offshore the weather will be foggy at places at night. Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knots. Offshore, it will be northeasterly-northwesterly at a speed of 3 to 12 knots, reaching to 15 knots at places. Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 1 kilometer or less at places at times. Sea state inshore will be 1 to 2 feet, while offshore it will be 1 to 3 feet, surging to 4 feet at times.
