Doha: The Ministry of Interior (MOI) represented by the Criminal Evidences and Information Department (CEID) signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Anti-Doping Lab Qatar (ADLQ) to enhance aspects of cooperation in the field of laboratory work.
It was signed on behalf of the Criminal Laboratory Department, Director General of Criminal Investigation Brigadier General Jamal Muhammad Al-Kaabi, and on behalf of the ADLQ, Director General Dr. Nasser Ali Al-Ansari.
The memorandum aims to exchange scientific information and expertise on new methods used in tests, analysis and cooperation in the field of scientific research of common interest, training in devices and data analysis software systems, as well as maintenance of laboratory equipment and sharing and sharing information and experiences about local and international scientific conferences, and the agreement also develops a joint contingency and crisis plan and provides support and support when needed.
Brigadier General Jamal Mohammed Al-Kaabi stressed the importance of signing this memorandum with the ADLQ, which contributes to developing work and upgrading it to the best levels and in accordance with the applicable standards in this field.
For his part, Dr. Nasser Ali Al-Ansari indicated that the memorandum of cooperation came to support the common interest between the two parties and to enhance cooperation frameworks, explaining that this cooperation contributes to providing the two parties with an opportunity to benefit from the available modern equipment and training on them.
