Doha: The Ministry of Economy and Commerce has announced the recall of 2011-2014 models of Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Charger, Challenger 300c and Grand Cherokee, due to a malfunction in the efficiency of dynamo charging.
The ministry stressed that it will coordinate with the dealership, United Cars Almana Company, to follow up maintenance and repair operations and will communicate with customers to ensure implementation of the procedures to fix defects.
The ministry urged consumers to report any abuses or irregularities by communicating with the Department of Consumer Protection and Commercial Fraud Combat which will receive complaints, suggestions and inquiries through its communication channels.
