Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs has announced that the 9th and 10th days of Muharram are falling today and tomorrow. The Ministry reminded all Muslims to fast on both days called Tasua and Ashura (means ninth and tenth). There is a great reward for fasting in these two days. There are many prophetic traditions that mention its virtues. It is highly recommended to fast on these day, although not obligatory, the Ministry said in a release.
