Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) general index closed Sunday's trading higher by 83.53 points, or 0.78 percent, to close at 10,768.19 points.
During the session, 182,759,537 shares, valued at QAR 404,071,865.475, were traded in 14,455 transactions across all sectors.
Shares of 46 companies rose, while four companies saw a decline in their share price, and two companies maintained their previous closing price.
Market capitalization at the end of the trading session amounted to QAR 636,663,937.611, compared to QAR 631,042,158,568.755 in the previous session.
