Doha: The Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) in association with Thiruvananthapuram District Residents Association in Qatar (TRAQ), an Associate organisation of ICC, organised a musical evening at Ashoka Hall.
The programme ‘MEHFIL’, included melodious classics from Bollywood and Malayalam movies and also Qawwali, Ghazals and dance sequences. More than 200 people attended. TRAQ was celebrating tenth anniversary since formation.
The event was hosted by Akhila Sudheer. The artists who participated in the event were Nanditha Devan, Suhani Sabu, Santhosh Kurup, Dileep Kumar, Pooja Santhosh, Sneha Santhosh, Shilpa & Shreya, Sivasankaran Nair, Devika Rajeev, Dinesh Kumar, MG Gopakumar, Afreen Sham, Fathima Firoz, Syam Mohan, Ambili & Team, Latha Chandra Sekhar and ICC Vice-President, Vinod Nair.
The Chairman of Advisery Council of ICC, K M Varghese and General-Secretary, Seenu Pillai, felicitated the artists. Anjan Ganguly, Joint Secretary, conducted the programme while Nayana Wagh, Head of Cultural and Educational activities, introduced the artists.
