5,013 abandoned vehicles removed

DOHA: The Ministry of Municipality and Environment has removed 5,013 abandoned vehicles, 10,820 tonnes of wastes, 21,018 abandoned tyres in its 57-day clean-up campaign in Industrial Area.
The campaign launched on May 1 was aimed at removing all construction waste, abandoned vehicles, illegal portacabins and abandoned tyres.
