Lausanne: Partizan Belgrade's three-year ban from European competiton was lifted Tuesday after the club resolved concern over tax debts, the Court of Arbitration in Sport said.

Partizan, second in the Serbian league, were banned for three seasons after the court ruled in December that the club had breached UEFA regulations on debt, notably concerning tax payments.

The ban was lifted following the presentation of "new evidence", the court said.
