Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran H E Hossein Amir-Abdollahian receiving a written message from Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, which was handed over by Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs H E Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, yesterday.
Tehran: Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran H E Hossein Amir-Abdollahian received a written message yesterday from Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs H E Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, pertaining to the bilateral relations between the two countries and ways to support and develop them.
The message was handed over by Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs H E Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi during his meeting with Iranian Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Assistant Foreign Minister for Regional Affairs also met yesterday in Tehran with Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran H E Dr. Ali Bagheri.
During the meeting, they discussed the bilateral cooperation ties between the two countries and ways to support and develop them, in addition to the latest developments in the negotiations of the return to the joint action plan, as well as a number of regional and international issues of common interest.
The Deputy Foreign Minister for Political Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran congratulated the State of Qatar for its success in organizing the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
