Doha: HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued today Decree No. 45 of 2015 ratifying the agreement between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Latvia on the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income, which was signed in New York on 26/9/2014. The decree shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
His Highness also issued Decree No. 46 of 2015 ratifying the air transport agreement between the Governments of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Burundi, which was signed in Doha on 19/5/2013. The Decree shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
