Qatari camels continues to return from UAE via Oman

The Camel Racing Organizing Committee continues the transportation of Qatari racing camels, from the UAE to Doha by sea via Oman.

The second batch of 207 camels was shipped through the Omani port of Sohar and is expected to reach Qatar via Hamad Port in the next two days.

The Camel Racing Organizing Committee decided to begin the new season on September 9 and will last for more than six months.

The camel racing season will end on April 26 next year with the Challenge Festival, in which the elite tribesmen, who wins trophies in major local races through the season, will take part.
