New York: Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the United Nations HE Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al-Thani met with President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) HE Mirjana Spoljaric Egger at the headquarters of the permanent delegation in New York.
During the meeting, the two sides discussed the deteriorating situation in Gaza Strip and emphasized the importance of immediate ceasefire and ensuring unhindered delivery of humanitarian assistance to the affected Palestinians there.
