
Doha: Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. W.L.L. (AAB), dealer of Toyota and Lexus in Qatar, held its first Best Branch of the Year Award.
The award recognises high performing service centres for best practices and efforts to provide the best customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
It is based on the highest percentage of achievement results from site audit and evaluation of each branch according to its quality and safety activities, achievements in Fix-It-Right (FIR), Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), revenue, technical training attendance ratio and market share in 2015.
The recipient of the award was Al Wakrah Quick Service Centre. Other awards were given to Abu Hamour QSC (Best in TSM Achievement and Best Practice); Main Workshop (Best in Fix-it-Right); Al Wakrah QSC (Best in Customer Satisfaction Index); and Golf Course QSC (Best in Safety Compliance).
