Salman Khan was bitten by a non-venomous snake at his Panvel farmhouse which is on the outskirts of Mumbai, where he celebrates his birthday every year.
The actor was rushed to hospital and was dischared later after 6-7 hours of treatment.
"He is back home and well,” sources close to the actor said.
The snake reportedly bit his hand.
Beena Kak who is close to Khan's family sahred a picture with Salman Khan on her social media with caption "Birthday tomorrow, all good and cheerful ! happy and absolutely healthy TODAY, happy to be surrounded by family. I call him Khuda ki "Naimat " All our blessings for a happy, healthy, long and meaningful life ahead"
Khan will mark his special day on December 27 at his Panvel farmhouse with close family members and a few friends.
