Doha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, the exclusive distributor of Mercedes vehicles in Qatar, has announced the recall of 2016-2019 Mercedes-Benz C Class, CLA, G Class, & GLE, as the function of the emergency call system does not match factory specifications.
The ministry said the recall campaign came within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs. The Ministry said that it would coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and would communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs were carried out.
