State Secretary at the Norwegian Foreign Ministry H E Henrik Thune met yesterday with Special Envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Counterterrorism and Mediation in Conflict Resolution H E Dr. Mutlaq bin Majed Al Qahtani, who is currently visiting Norway.
They discussed the latest developments in Somalia and Afghanistan, in addition to regional and international issues of common interest.
