Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry, in cooperation with the “Qatar Reads” initiative, recently organised a session to discuss The leader who had no title, a book by the famous author Robin Sharma, in the context of the “Read to Lead” programme.
The event, which witnessed the participation of several officials from MoCI, aimed to encourage reading, the exchange of views, and support innovation. The Ministry clarified that its participation comes in line with a study conducted about leadership.
The discussion focussed on several topics, including the definition of a title, and mechanisms to stimulate the spirit of leadership, in addition to showcasing the importance of the leader’s role and other related issues.
It’s to be noted that the “Read to Lead” programme strives to enhance the knowledge of readers and their leadership skills,so as to support them on the professional and social levels.
