DOHA: A delegation from Milipol Qatar Committee and Milipol Paris participated in the Intersec Dubai Exhibition 2016 in the emirate last month. The delegation included Brig. Nasser bin Fahad Al Thani, Head, Milipol Qatar Committee, and Brig Saud Rashid Al Shafi, member of the panel.
Intersec Dubai is one of the important exhibitions in the world that cover commercial and information security, health and safety, fire and rescue and police.
Some 1,290 exhibitors from 55 countries participated in the expo.
Brig Nasser bin Fahad said the Qatar Milipol exhibition 2016 is expected to witness the presence of big international companies in the field of internal security systems.
Qatar Milipol is held every two years and with the previous editions, has become the biggest international exhibition in the Middle East, dedicated to internal state security.
Qatar and France have agreed to organise the Milipol Security Exhibition alternatively between Paris and Doha every two years.
The 11 sessions of Milipol Qatar will take place from October 31 to November 2 at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre.
