Doha: Ashghal has announced a four-hour closure of Pearl tunnel towards Pearl for traffic coming from Al Ghassar Interchange, effective on Sunday from 1am to 5am to enable some maintenance works. During the closure, road users will be shifted to the light signals on Pearl Interchange to reach their destinations.
Also, there’ll be a temporary traffic closure at Nuaija Intersection (The Mall) on D-Ring Road for 24 hours until today midnight in coordination with the General Directorate of Traffic for implementing some construction works at the intersection.
Commuters must use parallel service roads, as traffic to be diverted through right turns at Nuaija Intersection (Mall). Alternatively, commuters can use Fereej Al Ali Intersection and Lulu Intersection to reach destinations.
