Doha: As part of its focus on youth development and support of the local private sector, Vodafone recently participated in the Texas A&M University at Qatar Career Café event to share insights on the different career opportunities provided at the company for graduates.
The event aimed to help unlock the potential of engineering students at the university as they make the transition into the local job market. A collaboration between Texas A&M University at Qatar and Innovation Café, engineering students from all majors as well as new graduates were encouraged to attend to take advantage of the networking opportunities and to explore potential employment options.
The event aimed at promoting job opportunities and career development in the telecoms industry for engineering students in Qatar, who will influence the ambitions of the country’s digital-first, knowledge-based economy.
