DOHA: Umm Salal Municipality has opened the first park in Umm Salal Mohamed last Sunday.
“This will benefit lots of families staying in Um Salal Mohamed and close by areas,” said Central Municipal Council (CMC) member Hamad Hadi Al baridi.
The new park will be a nice outing option for families in the evening and it offers a lot of greenery and play area for children.
The park will also serve neighbouring areas like Umm Salal Ali, Umm Al Amad, Umm Abirieh and others, Al Sharq reports. The CMC member said he had asked concerned authorities to allocate car park around the park for visitors.
