Secretary-General of the Foreign Ministry, H E Dr Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, met with the Ambassador of Ecuador Kabalan Bahij Abisaab, on the occasion of the end of his tenure. The Secretary-General thanked the Ambassador for his efforts to advance and enhance bilateral relations, and wished him success in his new assignments.
