Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani met yesterday at the Emiri Diwan with H B Cardinal Patriarch Moran Mor Bechara Boutros Al-Rahi , Maronite Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, on the occasion of his visit to Qatar. During the meeting, they reviewed topics related to the role of religions in promoting the values of tolerance and coexistence among peoples.
In that context, the Patriarch praised Qatar’s role in this field, and thanked H H the Emir of Qatar for hosting the Lebanese community and providing generous care for them.
