Doha: Ashghal has announced a three-day temporary closure at Medical City Intersection starting on Wednesday, August 24.
The closure will affect road users heading from White Palace intersection to TV Intersection and the right turn towards the Corniche from 12:00 am to 5:00 am on Wednesday and Thursday, while on Friday, it will be from 12:00 am to 10:00 am.
Road users heading towards TV Inter or the Corniche from the White Palace intersection are advised to turn left at Medical City Intersection towards Mohammed bin Thani Street, reach the Olympic Intersection and make a U-turn and continue towards the Corniche or turn left to the TV Intersection, during the period of the partial closure.
The temporary closure aims to implement asphalt work as part of the flood prevention scheme.
