MOSCOW: Kuwait plans to buy up to 1.5 million tonnes of liquid natural gas annually from Russia, RIA news agency cited Nasser Abdullah Al-Saleh, a deputy managing director at Kuwait Petroleum Corp, as saying on Friday.
