Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani has sent a written message to the President of the Republic of Mali Ibrahim Boubacar Keita, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of enhancing and developing them. Qatar’s non-resident Ambassador to the Republic of Mali Abdulrahman bin Ali Ajaj Al Kubaisi handed over the message during a meeting with the President of Mali at the Presidential Palace in Bamako.
