Doha: From today, December 18, people can avail 50 percent discount while paying the accumulated traffic violations.
The General Directorate posted today on its official website that the “Traffic Violations Settlement Initiative” comes into force today coincided with national day celebrations and will be valid for next three months.
The payment can be done through Metrash2 and Ministry of Interior website.
The Department has urged people to benefit from this initiative because from the beginning of next year, there will be stricter legal procedures regarding traffic violations.
