Doha: AlBahie announced that the fifth edition of Amber Auction no reserve is set today, 9pm at Katara Building 22 C. The event brings together local and international collectors will feature 74 pieces of amber collection; 67 of which are natural kahram misbaha, two are pendants – natural kahram pendant with fossilized insects and a natural kahram pendant with a carved falcon head, and five are miniature classic car model made with natural kahram.
Some of the makers are Barish Bulbul, Fakhruddine Bulbul, Barish Bulbul, M.B.H Workshop, Ardim Bozkurt, Ahmed Uzbek, Kareem Baraka, Naji Taha, Ozkan Atta, Mohammad Jarj, Waleed Aissawi, Binyamin, Alaa Farid, and Hassan Hussain Jifji. Bidders can bid in-person, online, phone or through an agent.
AlBahie also announced that an impressive selection of vintage and rare books are currently available for purchase at its Auction House all throughout Ramadan. The topics include Arab culture, arts and politics. They are open from Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 2pm and 8pm to 12am; and on Friday and Saturday, from 8pm to 12am.
