Doha: Sportive ‘18 campaign, a sports competition for expatriates organised by Risala Study Circle (RCS), has concluded recently.
The campaign was conducted as part of The Qatar National Sport Day celebrations, and final completion have taken place at Gems American Academy Ground in Al Wukair.
Doha Central won the overall championship with 52 points followed by Aziziya Central 49 points.
Best goalkeeper, best striker, top scorer, Shahzad (Doha Central), Salman (Doha Central) and Rashid (South Central) respectively, have also been selected.
Suhairuddeen Noorani, Hassan Saqafi and Habib Mattul have distributed the trophies and prizes for the winners, while Harris Moodadi, Moyideen Iringalloor and Shameez Perambra delivered closing remarks.
Sports convener Shafeek Kannapuram welcomed the gathering and Kalalayam convener Sajad Meenanda expressed the vote of thanks.
