Belgrade: Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent yesterday a written message to President of the Republic of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic. The message was delivered by Qatar’s Ambassador to Serbia, H E Mubarak bin Fahad Al Thani, during a meeting with the Adviser of the President of Serbia, Tanya Jovetic.
