Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas arrived yesterday on a fraternal visit to Qatar. He was greeted at Hamad International Airport by Minister of Culture and Sports H E Salah bin Ghanem Al Ali and Palestinian Ambassador to Qatar Moneer Ghanam.
