Italian referee Gianluca Rocchi (pictured) has been assigned to manage the Emir Cup final, Qatar Football Association (QFA) announced.
The title clash will be played between Al Sadd and Al Rayyan at the Khalifa International Stadium.
The 43-year-old Rocchi is a FIFA-accredited referee having officiated in UEFA and Serie A matches since 2000.
He refereed three matches for the UEFA Euro 2012 qualifying and later was called as referee at the Men's football tournament at 2012 Summer Olympics.
Rocchi will be assisted by linesmen Matteo Passeri and Alessandro Giallatini, both from Italy, QFA confirmed.
