Hanoi: Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam HE Pham Minh Chinh met on Tuesday with Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Vietnam HE Khalid bin Ali Abdullah Abel. The meeting reviewed cooperation relations between the two countries.
