DOHA: Aligarh Muslim University Alumni Qatar (AMUAAQ) organised its second Alumni meet and General body meeting for 2018 under the managing committee presided by Jawed Ahmad.
Over 160 alumni and guests attended the meet at Museum of Islamic Park recently.
The meet was coordinated by Zeyaul Haque,Sarwar Mirza, Javed Sultan, Danish Ali khan and Farman Khan and was supported by ladies: Reshma, Nazia, Dr.Ashna and Zoobi.
The added attraction of the meet was the games for kids and ladies and reminiscing the college days. Winners and runners up were rewarded with gifts.
New members were introduced and Annual Report - including finance - for 2017 was announced.
The existing Constitution and Rules and Regulations of AMUAAQ was discussed if it is required to amend or not.
Visions towards Jobs, involvement and support in Qatar for FIFA 2022 was discussed as well.
