Doha: The State of Qatar has condemned and denounced the explosion of a hand-crafted mine in the Governorate of Tebessa in Algeria, which killed and wounded a number of soldiers.
In a statement, the Foreign Ministry reiterated Qatar’s firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and reasons.
The statement expressed Qatar’s condolences to the families of the victims, the government and people of Algeria, wishing the wounded speedy recovery.
