Doha: Ooredoo will launch business desks in its selected retail stores, giving business customers easier access to all of its business services to ensure increased customer satisfaction.
The desks will be for Ooredoo business customers and a trained business sales representative will be able to assist with their needs.
The desks at eight stores will enable customers to purchase the entire business portfolio and services in store, including Shahry Smart packs, Fibre Broadband, Sip-T Business Telephony, Office in a Box, Ooredoo Cloud Services, and others. The stores are in Al Khor, Salwa, Al Sadd, Al Wakrah, City Centre, Old Airport, Villaggio and Landmark.
