The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the explosion which took place at a subway station in south-west London, wounding a number of people. In a statement, the Foreign Ministry reiterated Qatar’s firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and reasons. The statement stressed Qatar’s full solidarity with the British government and its support for all measures taken to maintain security. It expressed Qatar’s wishes for a speedy recovery to the injured.
