Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs H E Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid Al Mahmoud met Joint AU-UN Special Representative for Darfur, Head of UNAMID and Joint Chief Mediator Dr Martin Ihoeghian Uhomoibhi and his delegation yesterday. Talks dealt with means of enhancing the peace process in Darfur and efforts made towards Darfur armed movements that have not signed the Doha Document for Peace in Darfur in the peace process, on the basis of the document.
