Doha: Great news to people who want to watch the Qatar Live concert on December 17. Qatar Tourism (QT) announced that it will offer additional tickets.
Moroccan singer Asma Lamnawar and Saudi singer Ayed Youssef, hosted by Qatari singer Fahad Al Kubaisi will be performing on stage at 8pm at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center in West Bay. Tickets are priced from QR100 to QR750. Diamond ticket at QR750; Platinum, QR375; Gold, QR290; Silver and special category for wheelchairs, QR190; and Bronze, QR100. Doors open at 6:30pm.
Asma Lamnawar was cited in Forbes as one of the “Top 100 Arab Celebrities.” She is an Arabic singer, who burst into the music scene in 1995. She has toured across Europe as well as the Middle East accumulating a fan base of over 13 million. Ayed Youssef meanwhile debuted his self-titled album, which produced three singles and won several first-place awards across the Middle East. The track “Fman Allah” from the same album occupied the No. 1 spot for several weeks and was regarded as the highest viewed single across Arab Gulf countries.
Fahad Al Kubaisi is a Qatari born singer and record producer best known for his tender baritone style and famous for producing a sophisticated genre of Khaliji music. Signed to Rotana Records, he is the first Qatari to be nominated for a Grammy in 2018. He released his first album Jamaal El Rouh (The Beauty of the Soul), in 2001 and has since produced several successful albums.
This is the second edition of the Qatar Live which is part of QT’s efforts to enhance the experiences of visitors and fans during the Arab Cup. Qatar Live calendar includes several concerts and entertainment events; concert by Lebanese singer Magida El Roumi took place on December 5; Kuwaiti singers Abdullah Al Ruwaished and Mutrif Al Mutrif and Syrian singer Assala meanwhile performed on December 9; and an upcoming concert on December 16 will be conducted by Lebanese singers Assi El Hellani and Myriam Fares and Omani singer Salah Al Zadjali. Also part of the Qatar Live is the Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live shows which was conducted from December 8 to 11 at Lusail Arena.
