Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a written message to the President the Republic of Bulgaria, Rumen Radev. The Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Bulgaria, Rashid bin Ali Al Khater, handed over the message during his meeting with Atanas Krastin, the Bulgarian president’s foreign policy secretary.
