Cairo: Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty met today with India's Minister of State for External Affairs Kirti Vardhan Singh, who is currently visiting Cairo, to discuss ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries.
During the meeting, the two ministers affirmed their commitment to intensifying efforts to enhance cooperation in various fields, reflecting the strength of relations between the two sides, particularly in the economic, trade, and investment sectors. They also expressed their anticipation to convene the fourteenth round of political consultations between the two countries.
They further stressed the importance of establishing a joint business council and an Egyptian-Indian chamber of commerce.
