President of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev received the credentials of Qatar’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Bulgaria Rashid bin Ali Al Khater. The Ambassador conveyed the greetings of Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the President of Bulgaria, wishing him good health and happiness, and the government and people more progress and prosperity. The Bulgarian President entrusted the Ambassador to convey his greetings to the Emir and his wishes to the Qatari people for further prosperity and progress.
