Drones hit Kuwait International Airport; no casualties reported

Authorities in Kuwait say drones struck facilities at Kuwait International Airport, damaging part of the airport’s radar system.

No passengers or airport staff were injured in the incident, according to Al Jazeera.

“Kuwait International Airport was targeted by several drones that struck the airport’s radar system. Thankfully, there were no reported casualties,” said Abdullah al-Rajhi, civil aviation authority spokesperson.
