Doha: Minister of State for Energy Affairs H E Saad Sherida Al Kaabi led Qatar’s delegation to the 109th Ministerial Council meeting of the Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries ‘OAPEC’, which was held in the State of Kuwait.
Minister Al Kaabi used the opportunity to express the State of Qatar’s great pleasure to welcome the OAPEC member countries to the Organization’s 12th Arab Energy Conference, which will be held in Doha in 2023.
The Organization of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries was established in 1968 and is headquartered in Kuwait.
