DOHA: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) has announced its new account on Snapchat under the following code “KAHRAMAA.Live” for developing communications with customers in a bid to keep them upgraded about latest news and activities of the corporation.
The move aims to set up social communication for its strategic plan to develop direct contacts with citizens and residents in the country.
Kahramaa looks at relationship with its customers in a wide perspective in line with requirement and necessities of time. It is keen to use this relationship to gain customer’s confidence and provides all what can be offered to satisfy them and to ensure that they receive right service and information. Thus, Kahramaa launched its account on snapchat as an extension of communications that it has on social media platforms such as Face book, Twitter, WhatsApp, You Tube, Instagram, and now on Snapchat.
Kahramaa, within its efforts, has launched many new e-services on its website to provide best services in order to raise customer satisfaction. The services provided by the corporation reached 45. Kahramaa invited customers to avail of its all distinctive services provided on KM website and social media platform.
