Al Sadd attacker Jugurtha Hamroun believes that his side can make a creditable title push and ensure that Xavi ends his professional career lifting the QNB Stars League shield come the end of the season.
“The philosophy of the club has not changed. We are looking to win everything we play in this season, we will give our best. The league is our major target this season,” he said.
Along with proven quality Al Sadd can also rely on some of the best youth talent in Qatar something that the Algerian attacker is not underestimating this season.
Hamroun stressed that the whole club is targeting the league for their club captain Xavi, who is set to call time on a glittering career at the end of the season.
