Doha, Qatar: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI) issued Administrative Decision No. (2025/22) to completely close the "Naseem Al-Fajr National Auctions" establishment and its branches for a period of one month and refer it to the security authorities, due to its violation of the provisions of Article No. (7) of Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection and its executive regulations.
The Ministry said that the establishment had been discovered to have changed and effaced expiry dates, and also changed the country of origin.
The full closure of the establishment will last for an entire month.
